Hooray!!! I, Flapperbox have 585 hits on my blog! Hooray!!

And like Jambol, I’m going to celebrate with a Club Penguin Party! (I know, it’s a pretty random number for a party, but it works.)

The party will be on May 9, 2009!

Tell all of your friends, your neighbors, people you don’t know, everyone!

It will be on the server Snow Fort so there will be more room.

It will be all day, so there will be no time limit.

Everyone will be in the Night Club, so try to stay there as long as you can.

If you do, you might have a chance to meet Jambol and me!

And… like the other viewer parties,

People who see us will be on video (probably)!

Our Secrets-Finally Revealed!

Here at Penguin Films Inc. we believe that everyone deserves a chance to be the best. We aren’t the best, of course, but here are some of our filmmaking secrets:

1. Using one penguin as multiple characters. For example, Pirates of the Cove 2, when Jambol was Jambol Sparrow and Davy Jones.

2. One person as two penguins. Using the latest version of Penguin Storm, made by Microchip123.

3. When filming with another penguin who is using a different computer, we discuss scenes over the phone. Speakerphone is highly recommended.

4. IMPROVISE! We NEVER have a script written out, we just go ahead and make the movie. You don’t have to have a script to make a great movie.

5. Editing. An obvious one, but we download sound effects, music, we add titles, the whole lot. Editing is all done by Jambol with Windows Movie Maker.

These are our filmmaking secrets, which many Club Penguin filmmakers use. Hope these will help you make great CP movies! Stupid WMG

WMG (Warner Music Group) is really annoying. They work with YouTube, and they mute any videos that contain songs that the user doesn’t own. (I’ve heard that they mute videos where people sing Happy Birthday!!!) Anyway, they muted the trailer for Quest For Rockhopper Island, and I had to use YouTube’s AudioSwap to replace the song. And when I uploaded the Crazy Frog music video, the video was disabled and I had to remove it. I have seen many other CP Crazy Frog music videos, why didn’t THOSE get muted? So, the general message here is: HATE WMG!!! THEY MUTE VIDEOS!!! HATE THEM!!! I HOPE THEIR HQ BLOWS UP!!!

Medieval Party Sneak Peek!

The Medieval Party will be going from May 8-17. Here’s the sketch that penguins voted on, and then the sneak peek.

Last year’s Medieval Party was pretty cool, I can’t wait to see what this year’s party will be like!

In other news, we’ve counted the results from the poll we took about the Penguin Play Awards results. And…

86% of the voters didn’t agree with the results, 14% of the voters didn’t care, and 0% of the voters agreed. So it looks like nobody agreed with the results. Now I wonder how Quest For the Golden Puffle won all those awards. Personally, I thought Squidzoid vs. Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal was the best. Oh yes, and the Easter Egg Hunt is over.
